It was a surprising pleasure to work with a makeup artist who truly wanted to make my own vision come true for my wedding day!
I don't wear makeup on a regular basis and really wanted to have a natural look with a touch of glamour. I had been through three previous consultations, and many bridesmaids trials that never turned out well, so I was more than skeptical. When I met Camille she came to my house for my consultation the day of my engagement photo shoot, and we spent time before the trial details I had never considered. She created a custom skin care regimen for me and even offered to go shopping with me to look at different products. I was so impressed with her unique blend of professionalism and personality, and as a result I was always at ease working with her. The day of my wedding my 8 bridesmaids of different skin types, tones and of course preferences looked flawless and were all satisfied with their look. And they were all completed on the appointment schedule we had laid out in advance! Their makeup lasted all day and my own makeup lasted into the early hours of my wedding after party. Camille is an extremely skilled, reliable, artistic, fun, and most importantly for me, an expert in working with skin of color. I would highly recommend her and will be working with her again.
